We can’t wait to meet you!
We know visiting a church can be overwhelming. Here’s what you can expect.
Sundays at Gibson
9:30am
Our worship service begins at 9:30. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to grab a cup of coffee, meet a few friendly faces, and find your seat before worship begins.

What can I expect?
-
Morning worship typically wraps up around 10:30. You can expect it to last about an hour.
-
Our service begins with a welcome from our worship leader, followed by a couple of songs. The lyrics are displayed on screens at the front of the sanctuary so you can easily join in. If you're able, we invite you to stand and sing as the worship leader guides us through each song.
Pastor Jen will offer God’s greeting, followed by a time to greet one another. This is a chance to shake hands, say hello, and connect briefly with those sitting near you.
After we sing another song, two people of our congregation will lead us in prayer and read the Scripture passage for the day.
Pastor Jen will then share a message rooted in Scripture and relevant to everyday life. You're welcome to simply listen or take notes—whatever helps you engage most meaningfully with the Word of God.
We’ll respond with a closing song, and be sent out with God’s blessing. At the end of the service, we hope you’ll stay for a cup of coffee and homemade treats. We’d love the chance to get to know you better!

Sundays at Gibson are relaxed and easy going. Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable—some of us dress up, others prefer casual clothing. However you come, you'll fit right in.

Children are welcome to stay in the sanctuary with their families for the entire worship service. We’re glad to have them with us, even when they make a little noise! While our nursery is not staffed at this time, we do have a separate space where kids can move around and play while parents follow the service through live video feed in that room.
